Dermatology is the branch of medicine dealing with tumors and diseases of the skin and its appendages (hair, sweat glands, etc.). The skin is the largest organ of the body. Although many skin diseases are isolated, some are manifestations of internal disease. Our dermatology department is schooled in aspects of surgery, rheumatology, immunology, neurology, infectious diseases and endocrinology.
